Refund policy.

Last updated: August 2026

Everything we make is produced to your own artwork, for you, after you approve it. That shapes this whole page: we cannot resell a custom run, so we put the checks before production rather than offering change-of-mind returns after it.

Made to order — no change-of-mind returns

Custom products carrying your artwork are made for your order alone and cannot be returned or exchanged because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong quantity, or picked the wrong size run. Please use the checks below before approving.

The checks we give you before we produce

  • Free design and unlimited revisions. We lay your artwork out and revise it as many times as you like, at no cost, before anything is produced.
  • Written approval starts production. Nothing goes on the machines until you approve the final artwork.
  • A physical sample, on request — free. Off the machine in about 3 days; we photograph and film it and send that to you rather than posting the sample. This is the only reliable way to judge color, and we recommend it for any run where color matters.

If it arrives faulty or not as approved

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the problem. If the goods have manufacturing defects, or do not match the artwork you approved, we will remake the affected pieces at our cost or agree another appropriate remedy with you — a partial refund, or a credit against a future run.

We normally do not ask you to ship faulty goods back; photographs are enough. If a return is genuinely needed, we arrange and pay for it.

What counts as a defect — and what does not

Minor color variation inherent to production is not a defect. Yarn, dye lots and the way ink or thread sits on a knitted surface all shift color slightly, and a screen cannot show that. This is exactly what the sample exists to settle: approve a sample and the run is matched to the sample.

Small differences in placement or size within normal production tolerance are likewise not defects. Anything that makes the piece unwearable, or visibly different from what you approved, is.

Deposits, balances and cancellation

  • A 30% deposit starts production; the balance is due against the tracking number, before the parcel ships.
  • Before production starts — cancel and we refund the deposit in full, less any design or sample work already done and agreed with you.
  • Once production has started — the deposit is not refundable, as the materials are committed and the goods carry your artwork.

Late delivery

Our stated lead time is about 3 days in production plus roughly 7 days in the air — around 10 days door to door from artwork approval. These are estimates, not guarantees: customs, carrier delays and public holidays are outside our control.

If we are materially late for a reason within our control, tell us what the deadline was and we will agree a remedy — expedited freight at our cost, a partial refund, or cancellation with a full refund if the goods have not yet been produced. If you have a hard date, tell us before you order so we can say honestly whether we can hold it.

Duties, taxes and delivery

Our prices are DDP: freight and import duties are already inside the per-unit price, and nothing further is owed on delivery. If a carrier bills you anyway, send us the invoice and we will reimburse it.

Delivery is to the address you give us. We cannot refund a parcel lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, though we will always help you trace it.

Artwork you supply

You confirm at upload that you own the rights to the design or are authorised to use it. We may decline artwork that infringes someone else's intellectual property — if we decline before production, you get a full refund of anything paid.

How to raise something

Email hello@toevibe.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference (it looks like TV-260805-123) and photographs. We aim to reply within one business day. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of being agreed.
