Minimums, files, timings, duties, money and artwork rights — what we actually do, not what a supplier page usually says. If your question is not here, ask it on WhatsApp and a person will answer.
What's the real minimum?
Digital print runs from a single pair — send us the artwork and we'll quote the one-off. Tier pricing starts at 30 pairs per design. Jacquard starts at 30 pairs per design too, on its own price ladder — its artwork is redrawn as a dot matrix, so we quote it from your file first.
What files can I send?
AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, or a 300-dpi PNG/JPG. No file? A sketch or a written idea is enough — our designers draft it free.
How tall is each length?
Measured up the leg from the heel: No-show 5–6 cm, Quarter 7–8 cm, Crew 16 cm. Where a height is given as a range, it is because the men's and women's runs differ slightly and one figure would be a spec we could not hold across both.
Which length should I pick?
No-show disappears in a low-top trainer or a loafer. Quarter sits just over the ankle bone and is the everyday sports height. Crew reaches mid-calf and is the biggest canvas we print — if the design is the point, pick crew. For formal leather shoes, crew looks cleaner than a quarter.
What sizes do you make?
Our standard adult run is 50% EU 36–39 (US women's 5½–8½), 50% EU 40–43 (US men's 7–10). You can also order a single size across the whole run, or specify your own mix when you approve the sample. Kids' sizes run from infant to youth — see the size chart for the full range.
What knit structures can you make?
7: Flat knit (standard / lightweight basic), Athletic (cushioned sole / half terry), Full cushion (full terry), Ribbed (rib knit), Performance (breathable + support), Grip (anti-slip / silicone sole) and Sport support (basic sport + arch support). All of them take the same full-colour digital print; flat knit holds fine detail slightly better. Flat knit, Athletic, Ribbed, Performance and Sport support are on the standard price ladder and cost the same as each other — full terry and grip soles cost more to make, so they are quoted with your run.
How fast is it, really?
A physical sample is off the machine within 3 days. After you approve it, production is about 3 days and air freight roughly 7 — around 10 days to your door.
Do prices include shipping and duties?
Duties, yes — shipping, no. The per-pair price is for the socks. Once your run is packed we weigh it and quote the freight, by air or sea, with import duties included. It goes on the balance, never on the deposit, and nothing is owed at the door.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes, and we recommend it. We knit real pairs and ship them to you — 5 pairs is the minimum for a sample run, quoted with your order. We photograph and film them on the way out too, so you see the colour before the parcel lands. The run waits until you have approved it.
How do I pay?
30% deposit to reserve the run and start the artwork proof. Production begins only after written approval. On shipping day we send photos of the finished socks, the weighed shipping cost and the courier label with your tracking number on it — you settle the balance plus shipping after seeing them, and it goes out the same day. Pay through the order link we send you — by card (Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna); bank transfer can be arranged for larger runs — just ask.
Can I sell under my own brand?
Yes. Private label, woven wrap labels, printed sleeves and gift boxes are all available — pick them in the order builder.
What about artwork I don't own?
You confirm at upload that the design is yours or licensed to you. We decline artwork that copies a third party's character or logo outright — but our designers will happily draw you an original in the same spirit.
